You can now create new journeys by simply uploading documents. To use this feature, simply click on "Create Journey" button on Home page -> Create with AI
- To create a Sales Call/Demo Follow up Journey, you can upload call recordings, meeting notes, sales decks & presentation slides
- To create a Lead Magnet Journey, you can upload E-books, guides, video files
- To create a Customer case study Journey, you can upload interview recordings, customer provided PDFs
You can also enter a list of website URLs if you'd like them to be considered as well.
And finally you get a full fledged journey generated with Images and text based on your uploaded documents.

There's now an option for you to be notified via email whenever there is a new session replay of somebody interacting with your journey
To enable it -> Head over to your Journeys dashboard -> Click on "Notifications" -> Toggle the option to receive notifications for new session replay
Also a good point to note is that the creator of the journey would be notified of incoming session replays

You can now see how users are interacting with your journeys in session replays
Session replays are available in Pro plan and above. You can simply click on "Session Replay" button on the left sidebar to get started
You can click on a recording, skip inactive parts and even play them in 2x speed

We released a new feature that tracks Session Replays for views of your Journeys across the account.
The aim is to provide more insights around how your Journeys are accessed, viewed, and interacted with. This will enable you to create personalized follow-ups and touchpoints based on the engagement you receive on your Journey.
Unfortunately, there are some users who were experiencing some latency and timeout issues that resulted in connectivity. We've rolled it back for those affected users, so we will be working on the solution before re-launching.

While we had the folders feature in a journey where you could organize steps into folders, the experience has now been improved
You can easily reorder steps in these ways:
- Pull a step from outside into a folder
- Pull steps within a folder to rearrange them
- Hold and drag the dots (6 dots) on the right to reorder steps vertically between the folders

You can now delete journeys in bulk in the Journey home page
Simply select the checkbox for the journeys you'd like to delete and delete them in a single click

Folders helped to organize your journeys when viewed by prospects
The experience has now been improved
Simply click on "Status" icon on the top right corner list of icons and Enable folders
This would allow you to edit the folders and you can easily edit the folders on the left panel

You can now personalize your journeys to multiple prospects with their first name, last name, email and company names
This would be very useful when you want to do an outreach campaign
You can simply use merge fields like {{first_name}} inside the Journey editor and then create multiple links with personalized fields
You can do this by heading toÂ
Share -> Link Management -> Add or Edit Link -> Enter Merge fields -> Create merge fields button

For all the media you add in Journey editor like images, links, PDFs and videos you will now have the "Add to Library" toggle and by default they will not be added to the content library
You can choose to add the most used links, images, PDFs and videos by simply toggling "Add to Library"

Now you would be able to see an overview of how prospects are interacting with your journeys in the home page
The Journey overview has been pushed to a separate tab named "Journeys"
